You'll work closely with our sales team, process orders, handle exceptions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * **Customer Service** + Keys in sales orders daily with no more than 2 errors per month + Sets up new clients as needed, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience + Handles exception calls as needed, providing timely and effective solutions + Provides support for sales reps as needed, ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed * **Standing Orders** + Sets up initial standing orders for customers, as needed, to streamline their experience + Maintains standing orders, including holds, releases, and additions, to ensure accuracy and efficiency + Errors counted against metric stated in 1.1 * **Exception Processing** + Processes exceptions into the Case module as needed, ensuring timely and effective resolution + Creates credit memos, files freight claims, issues call tags, follows defective product procedure, and reships items as required per exception * **Freight Claims** + Processes freight claims as needed, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution + Processes disputes and pursues payment from the carrier, ensuring timely and effective resolution + Files claim paperwork, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulations * **Additional Responsibilities** + Performs in a manner consistent with arenaflex's Core Values and Purpose + Attends all scheduled meetings, missing no more than 10% annually + Clocks in and out for work and lunch with no more than 1 error per month + Provides excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction + Follows all OSHA and other safety guidelines, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment + Actively demonstrates teamwork at all times, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work culture + Manages any stress on the job, including but not limited to meeting deadlines, to ensure a high level of performance and productivity + Adheres to company safety standards at all times, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment **Essential Qualifications** * 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions * Ability to work in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously * Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention * Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, with the ability to understand customer needs and preferences * Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools * Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)) **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously * Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work culture * Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
