**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers. You'll have ownership over resolving escalated or complex calls from customers, providing answers, consulting on products with compassion, and resolving their issues with a smile. You'll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.
**A Typical Day**
* Answer incoming communications from customers
* Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
* Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
**What You Bring to the Role**
* 6 months or more of customer services experience
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge
* Computer experience
* High-speed internet (>15 mbps)
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong empathy and customer-centric approach

**Reporting and Teamwork**
You'll report to a Team Lead and contribute to the success of the customer experience and the overall success of the team. You'll work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences and participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
