As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of healthcare. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Answering 70-90 incoming phone calls per day from customers, identifying their needs, and providing timely assistance * Making outbound calls to customers regarding medical referrals, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up * Asking insightful questions, actively listening to customers, and documenting required information in our computer systems to ensure accurate records * Assisting customers with obtaining prescribed medical equipment and supplies, providing guidance and support throughout the process * Verifying insurance eligibility and benefit coverage, obtaining insurance authorization, and ensuring customers receive the necessary support * Researching complex issues across multiple databases, collaborating with support resources to resolve customer issues, and escalating concerns when necessary **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent work experience * Must be 18 years of age or older * At least 1+ year of experience working in a customer service role in a call center environment * Proficiency in computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications * Ability to work an 8-hour shift schedule during normal business hours (8:00am - 5:00pm PST) and occasional overtime **Nice-to-Haves** While not required, prior experience in the healthcare or insurance industry can be beneficial in this role.
