As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering incoming phone calls, and identifying the type of assistance the customer needs. You will also be responsible for communicating directly with clinical staff for patient needs, medication refills, referral requests, chart troubleshooting, and scheduling appointments for patients. If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Responsibilities** * Answer an average of 60-80 incoming phone calls per day from customers and identify the type of assistance the customer needs * Ask appropriate questions and listen actively to identify specific questions or issues while documenting required information in computer systems * Communicate directly with clinical staff for patient needs * Medication refills, referral requests, chart troubleshooting * Scheduling appointments for patients – entering and updating demographics * Other tasks as needed **Requirements** * High school diploma / GED OR equivalent experience * Must be 18 years old or older * Experience with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications * Typing – 40 wpm * 1 year of experience in customer service environment (i.e. office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools * Ability to work Monday – Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Mountain Time. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. **Preferred Qualifications** * 1 year prior health care experience * Knowledge of Medical Terminology **Telecommuting Requirements** * Reside within Golden, CO * Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable) * Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy. * Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service. * All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to arenaflex’s Telecommuter Policy **Compensation and Benefits** The hourly range for this role is $16.00 to $28.85 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. arenaflex complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
