**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative in our remote data entry team, you will be responsible for:
* Utilizing arenaflex's solution information passage techniques and rules processes new understanding enrollment by entering information into the proper framework.
* Handling patient medicine demands within HIPAA rules and entering top-off orders for handling.
* Investigating to acquire missing remedy data, and deciphering clinical truncations (SIG codes).
