As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about making a difference in the lives of our customers. **Responsibilities & Duties** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat * Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Escalating critical issues to supervisors or management as needed * Utilizing data analytics and user interviews to identify trends and opportunities for improvement * Staying up-to-date on relevant topics and providing accurate information to customers * Maintaining the highest level of privacy and security to protect customer data * Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives * Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge **Key Performance Indicators** * Meet or exceed quality metrics for customer service interactions * Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty * Identify and escalate critical issues to supervisors or management * Provide accurate and timely information to customers * Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency in handling customer inquiries **Minimum Qualifications** * High School diploma or equivalent required * 1 year of contact center or related customer experience * 6 months of computer experience in a business environment * Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance * Must be a US Citizen * Minimum Internet requirements: 25mbps download and 10mbps upload to work from home * Current arenaflex employees are not eligible **Preferred Qualifications** * Bilingual – Spanish preferred * Bachelor's degree * Prior experience supporting the Small Business Administration **Knowledge, Skills & Abilities** * Friendly and professional speaking voice and patient demeanor * Outstanding attendance and punctuality * Ability to provide excellent customer service * Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, governmental regulations, financial reports, and legal documents * Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals * Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public * Strong computer skills (basic troubleshooting, fast and accurate typing, and using web browsers) * Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists * Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form **Compensation & Benefits** * Competitive hourly rate: $17.20 per hour (dependent on applicable Wage Determination) * Health and Welfare benefits: $4.57 per hour paid (capped at 40 hours per week) to cover employee-only medical, dental, and vision premiums * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Flexible remote work arrangements **Equal Opportunity Employer** arenaflex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates.
