**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to customer inquiries via telephone, email, or chat to provide problem resolution and support in accordance with arenaflex's service standards
* Analyzing customer service needs and communicating with service and technical departments to resolve complex issues
* Maintaining detailed and current knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, as well as those of assigned clients
* Entering required data into client-provided systems and databases
* Escalating or referring unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced Customer Service Representatives or designated departments for further investigation and resolution
* Building base knowledge and familiarization of products, policies, and procedures for a limited number of clients
* Frequently referring to online manuals and specific client training to resolve card holder inquiries
**What We're Looking For**
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who possesses:
* A High School Diploma or Equivalent
* At least 6 months of call center experience, either remote or onsite within the last 18 months
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Flexibility to work mid-shift to late shifts, including weekends
* Ability to work hours as assigned, including 24/7 call center shifts
* Willingness to be on camera during work hours
**Desired Skills and Capabilities**
* Acquires and applies job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks
* Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision-making outside of stated processes
* Recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice and has little or no role in decision-making
* Normally receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures on all work, requiring instructions on all assignments
* Works under close supervision

**Compensation**
The compensation for this position is $15.00 per hour, non-negotiable. This is an entry-level role, and we're committed to providing a competitive salary and benefits package to our team members.
