**Responsibilities**

* Handling emergency signals and notifying/verifying alarm signals in a timely and professional manner
* Dispatching the proper authorities in response to alarm signals, ensuring that our customers receive prompt and effective assistance
* Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and concerns in a courteous and professional manner
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and alarm signals
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Requirements**
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or related environment
* Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
