Essential Qualifications:
- 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred), with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving customer complaints
- 1 year of call center experience (preferred), with knowledge of call center software, protocols, and procedures
- Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs (required)
- Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills (required), with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in writing
- Residency in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah (required)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a remote or virtual call center environment, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and technology, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and tools
- Certifications or training in customer service, communication, or a related field, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
