**What You'll Do**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service across various channels, including online, in-person, and over the phone
* Welcoming customers and working to deliver the best possible customer experience
* Accurately assisting customers with loan applications from start to finish
* Collaborating with team leads to meet and exceed monthly goals
* Answering all customer questions, no matter how complex or straightforward
* Utilizing arenaflex's best practices to provide consistent and outstanding customer service
* Working with money, including accurately reconciling cash drawers
* Building strong relationships with customers and teammates through active listening and effective communication
* Participating in ongoing learning and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Completing other responsibilities assigned by your management team
**What We're Looking For**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualities and qualifications:
* High School Graduate or equivalent
* Phone Customer Service experience preferred, but not required
* A strong dedication to helping others and delivering exceptional customer service
* Experience in a service-related field, with cash handling experience a plus
* A willingness to work in an environment where performance will be measured and judged
* Reliable transportation to travel to various locations to meet staffing demands
* Understanding of the demands of working in a fast-paced retail environment
* Excellent sales skills focused on growing arenaflex
* Strong observational skills and great judgment
* A willingness to stay coachable and continue learning and growing with our company
* Computer proficiency required, with experience in CRM software a plus
