**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, chat, and email. Your primary duties will include:
* Answering inbound calls from customers in a prompt and professional manner
* Identifying the type of assistance needed and providing solutions to resolve customer inquiries
* Delivering information in a positive, conversational, and compassionate manner to facilitate relationship development with clients
* Managing customer expectations and escalating issues when necessary
* Actively engaging customers in online chat contexts
* Additional duties as assigned, including handling escalations, team supervision, analytics, and reporting
**Requirements**
