You will be the face of arenaflex, delivering a positive, conversational, and compassionate experience that builds trust and loyalty with our customers. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you. **Responsibilities** * Answer inbound calls from customers in a prompt and professional manner, identifying the type of assistance needed and providing solutions to resolve inquiries * Actively engage customers in online chat contexts, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns * Manage customer expectations, delivering all information in a positive, conversational, and compassionate manner to facilitate relationship development with clients * Assist customer tickets from the queue with general inquiries, product support, service recommendations, and basic sign-up issues in a diverse technology environment (via phone/email/chat) * Provide mail support to the Mail Center Manager by performing duties such as mail sorting, digital uploading, dispensing, etc. * Additional duties as assigned and deemed appropriate per level, including but not limited to handling escalations, team supervision, analytics, and reporting **Requirements** * Active listening skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs in a timely and accurate manner * Results-oriented, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting performance metrics * Strong work ethic, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues * Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences * Proficient in navigating in a CRM and/or multiple software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a digital mailbox or related industry * Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues * Experience working in a team environment, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Comprehensive training program, including a two-week paid training period * Flexible work schedule, with opportunities for work-life balance **Work Environment and Company Culture** arenaflex is committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the growth and development of our employees.
