This will primarily be via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your key responsibilities will include: * **Research and problem-solving**: You'll research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and follow up as needed to resolve issues. * **Critical thinking and creativity**: We're not looking for order-takers or script-readers – we're searching for those who can engage with our customers and think critically to help our customers and provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards. * **Exceptional customer service**: You'll go above and beyond to wow our customers and provide them with an exceptional experience. **What You'll Need:** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * **1-2 years working in a customer-focused environment**: You'll have experience working in a customer-facing role, and you'll be comfortable handling a high volume of customer interactions. * **Excellent communication skills**: You'll be able to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing. * **Ability to multi-task and think critically**: You'll be able to juggle multiple tasks and think critically to resolve customer issues. * **Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed**: You'll be able to adapt to changing schedules and work overtime as needed to meet customer demands. * **Must be able to pass background check for KY Rx Tech license**: You'll need to pass a background check to obtain a KY Rx Tech license. * **Show up committed to be your best!**: You'll be committed to delivering exceptional customer service and representing arenaflex in a positive and professional manner. **Work Environment and Company Culture:** As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
