**What You'll Do:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics. This will primarily be via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Engaging with customers**: You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our customers.
* **Research and problem-solving**: You'll research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and follow up as needed to resolve issues.
* **Going above and beyond**: We're not looking for order-takers or script-readers – we're searching for those who can engage with our customers and think critically to help our customers and provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.
**What You'll Need:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **1-2 years working in a customer-focused environment**: You'll have experience working in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
* **Excellent communication skills**: You'll be able to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing.
* **Ability to multi-task and think critically**: You'll be able to handle multiple tasks and think critically to resolve customer issues.
* **Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed**: You'll be able to adapt to changing schedules and work overtime as needed to meet business demands.
* **Must be able to pass background check for KY Rx Tech license**: You'll need to pass a background check to obtain a KY Rx Tech license.
