**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex in Everett, WA. As a Passenger Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, resolving issues, and ensuring that every interaction with arenaflex is a positive one. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Process passenger transactions, including check-ins, baggage handling, and ticketing
* Operate a variety of software systems, including our customer relationship management (CRM) system and other relevant tools
* Collaborate with other teams, including operations, customer service, and sales to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and industry developments to provide informed and accurate information to customers
* Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the aviation industry
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
* Ability to work in a team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software systems

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the aviation industry

* Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
