We're seeking part-time remote Customer Service Representatives to join our team. * Guiding members through arenaflex's features and ensuring an optimal user experience, highlighting the benefits of our service.
* Documenting and tracking customer interactions using internal systems, maintaining accurate records and providing valuable insights.

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Residency: Must be based in the United States.
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
* Experience:
+ 1+ years of experience in customer service, help desk, or related field (preferred).
+ Familiarity with streaming platforms or technology support (a plus).
* Skills:
+ Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to articulate complex issues in a clear and concise manner.
