**Job Requirements**
As a customer service representative on our paid market research panel, you'll be responsible for:
* Showing up at least 10 minutes before the designated discussion start time
* Contributing to the discussion by completing both written and/or oral instructions
* Filling out the written survey provided for each panel
* Testing the provided products and/or services and being prepared to discuss them ahead of the meeting date
**Qualifications**
To be eligible for this opportunity, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:
* A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
* High-speed internet connection
* Ability to understand and follow both oral and written instructions
* Customer Service Representative agent experience is not compulsory
