**Position Responsibilities:**
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional service and support
* Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
* Becoming a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
**Minimum Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
