As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring timely delivery to those patients reaching out. As a key member of our Inbound Pharmacy Service team, you'll be responsible for handling high-volume calls from patients, resolving their questions and concerns, and ensuring a seamless experience. If you're a motivated and empathetic individual with a passion for helping others, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities:** * Handle high-volume calls from patients, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner * Resolve prescription refill, order status, and insurance coverage issues * Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for patients * Work collaboratively with the team to achieve high-quality service standards * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications:** * At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment * 6+ months of high call center experience working with Windows, Microsoft, or another application * Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and other relevant systems * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and colleagues * Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines **Preferred Qualifications:** * 6+ months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone * Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions * Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting **Education:** * Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience **Work Environment and Culture:** At arenaflex, we're passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive work environment.
