**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from patients and resolving their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner. You will work in our inbound call center in overnight shifts, Monday through Sunday, from 9:00 PM EST to 9:00 AM EST. You will be assigned an 8-hour shift, 5 days a week, within this time frame.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound calls from patients and resolve their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner
* Provide accurate and up-to-date information on prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage
* Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with patients and provide exceptional customer service
* Work effectively in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment to meet productivity and quality standards
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1+ year of customer service experience
* 6+ months of high call center experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application
* Must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL
* Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone
* Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
**Skills and Competencies**
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
* Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft, or another application
