**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in our inbound call center in overnight shifts to make a connection with our patients and ensure timely delivery of their medications. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer calls, resolving their questions and concerns, and providing exceptional customer service with empathy. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle a high volume of customer calls in a fast-paced, metric environment
* Resolve customer questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Provide exceptional customer service with empathy and understanding
* Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless customer service
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1+ year of customer service experience
* 6+ months of high call center experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application
* Must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
* Strong computer skills and a passion for helping others
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone
* Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
