You'll be responsible for handling prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage, providing empathetic and personalized support to our patients. If you're a team player with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle high-volume calls from specialty patients, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner * Provide accurate and up-to-date information on prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage * Resolve patient issues and concerns on the first call, escalating complex issues to senior representatives as needed * Work collaboratively with our pharmacy team to ensure timely delivery of life-sustaining medications * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and patient satisfaction * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** * 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment * 6+ months of high call center experience working with Windows, Microsoft, or another application * Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and colleagues * Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * 6+ months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone * Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions * Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting, with knowledge of medication management and patient care **COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement** arenaflex requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated. **Training Schedule** * Monday through Friday, 9:00am EST to 5:00pm EST (training schedule) * Schedule availability: Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am (an 8-hour shift will be assigned to you 5 days a week within this time frame) **Pay Range** * The typical pay range for this role is: $17.02 - $27.16 per hour * Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
