As a customer-centric organization, we're committed to building long-term relationships with our clients, and we're seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Experienced Customer Service Representative & Order Entry Specialist. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative & Order Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquiries * Serving as the first point of customer contact for general inquiries, such as pricing, products, scheduling, and more * Building and maintaining business relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer loyalty * Interacting with customers, company sales, and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions * Performing a range of Customer Service support tasks, including analyzing abnormalities and identifying causes and remedies * Working closely with the Invoicing Team to ensure seamless processing of invoices * Daily sorting and mailing of printed invoices * Scanning and emailing invoices to customers * Renaming intercompany invoices and saving them to a SharePoint site **Minimum Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 2-5 years of experience in a customer service or order entry position or specialization * High school/Associates degree or equivalent experience * Strong attention to detail and analytical skills * Ability to work with a high degree of independence and limited supervision * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Proficiency in using computer software and systems, including VPN systems **Additional Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative & Order Entry Specialist, you'll also be responsible for: * Working collaboratively with the Invoicing Team to ensure seamless processing of invoices * Maintaining accurate records and reports to support business decisions * Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge * Adhering to careerzynith's policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, data security, and confidentiality **Essential Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze abnormalities and identify causes and remedies * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports * Proficiency in using computer software and systems, including VPN systems * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At careerzynith, we're committed to supporting your career growth and development.
