**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative & Order Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquiries
* Serving as the first point of customer contact for general inquiries, such as pricing, products, scheduling, and more
* Building and maintaining business relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer loyalty
* Interacting with customers, company sales, and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions
* Performing a range of Customer Service support tasks, including analyzing abnormalities and identifying causes and remedies
* Working closely with the Invoicing Team to ensure seamless processing of invoices
* Daily sorting and mailing of printed invoices
* Scanning and emailing invoices to customers
* Renaming intercompany invoices and saving them to a SharePoint site
**Minimum Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 2-5 years of experience in a customer service or order entry position or specialization
* High school/Associates degree or equivalent experience
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
* Ability to work with a high degree of independence and limited supervision
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in using computer software and systems, including VPN systems
**Additional Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative & Order Entry Specialist, you'll also be responsible for:
* Working collaboratively with the Invoicing Team to ensure seamless processing of invoices
* Maintaining accurate records and reports to support business decisions
