**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports our Load Control Center, Fuel Methodology group, and other operational teams. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues, and ensure that our customers receive the highest level of satisfaction. You will work closely with our teams to analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that drive business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed
* Work closely with our Load Control Center, Fuel Methodology group, and other operational teams to analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
* Utilize data and analytics to drive business decisions, identify trends, and optimize processes
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive growth
**What You'll Need to Succeed**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., software engineering, research, finance, modern design, aviation management) preferred
* Availability to work for three consecutive semesters in Atlanta, GA, Monday through Friday, 8AM - 5PM
* Enrollment in an educational institution throughout the term of the center program
* Ability to learn new skills and technologies quickly, with a willingness to take calculated risks and learn from failures
* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a focus on group outcomes and customer satisfaction
* Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth

* Familiarity with SQL, SAS, Python, R, Scene, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Experience with carrier operations, booking, and scheduling
