**Job Summary**
We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Pay department (Online Payments) team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing day-to-day support to our clients, ensuring they receive the best possible payment solution performance. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Administratively onboarding new clients and dealing with orders on a daily basis
* Providing 1st line support to clients, resolving technical issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members
* Supporting a portfolio of customers across different branches, including daily contact, issue registration, prioritization, delegation, and resolution
* Proactively sharing customer feedback to inform the development of our platform
* Providing timely and professional solutions to customer complaints and issues
* Maintaining a daily helicopter view to identify onboarding needs and actions
* Documenting all client information thoroughly in our CRM system
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, partners, and colleagues
* Proficiency in both English and Dutch languages
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex problems
