You'll be responsible for managing the life cycle of customer orders, from receipt to delivery, and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify customer requirements and work with Sales, Customer Financial Services, Product Line Management, Business Ops, and Manufacturing teams to support customers in North America * Manage the life cycle of customer orders, from receipt to delivery, and ensure customer satisfaction * Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve customer issues and improve the quality and efficiency of our customer service operation * Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve our services and products * Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to ensure arenaflex remains competitive and compliant **Essential Qualifications** * Two or more years of sales support, customer service, or related experience * Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook) * Excellent interpersonal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong attention to detail and quality focus * Previous experience with an ERP system (Oracle, SAP) is a plus **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment * Knowledge of the telecommunications or technology industry * Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools * Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)) * Fluency in multiple languages is a plus **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills * Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities * Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders * Adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn and grow * Strong attention to detail and quality focus * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
