**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative on our National Campaigns Unit, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to shareholders, responding to inbound, outbound, and email inquiries, and helping to shape the future of the industry. You'll work closely with our internal clients, including Computershare and Georgeson, to provide shareholder communications that exceed our clients' expectations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to shareholders, responding to inbound, outbound, and email inquiries
* Respond to contested proxy meetings, providing accurate and timely information to shareholders
* Collaborate with internal clients, including Computershare and Georgeson, to provide shareholder communications that exceed our clients' expectations
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of shareholder communications, including proxy voting and corporate governance
* Work closely with our team to develop and implement effective customer service strategies
* Provide feedback and insights to our team to help improve our customer service processes and procedures
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or GED required
* 6-7 months of call center, customer service experience
* Good speaking voice and ability to communicate effectively with shareholders
* Ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking
* Experience with data entry and other administrative tasks
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
* Knowledge of shareholder communications, including proxy voting and corporate governance
* Experience working with internal clients, including Computershare and Georgeson
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
**Equipment Requirements**
* Windows 10 or 11 operating system
* USB headsets (no wireless)
* Dual monitors (optional)
* Ability to come off mute when called on and participate in chat when asked to complete a task
* Internet speed: 50 download/10 upload

* Pay range: $20.00 - $20.00 per hour
