**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our National Campaigns Unit team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional shareholder communications to public companies, including inbound, outbound, and email responses. You'll work closely with our internal clients, including Computershare and Georgeson, to provide accurate and timely information to shareholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Deliver exceptional shareholder communications to public companies, including inbound, outbound, and email responses
* Provide accurate and timely information to shareholders, addressing their concerns and questions
* Collaborate with internal clients, including Computershare and Georgeson, to ensure seamless communication and information exchange
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of corporate governance and shareholder communications best practices
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or GED required
* 6 months+ years of customer service, data entry, or related experience
* Good speaking voice and ability to communicate effectively with shareholders
* Ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in a call center or customer service environment
* Familiarity with corporate governance and shareholder communications
* Strong knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and spelling
* Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
**Equipment Requirements**
* MacBook (not preferred, but has to be a current operating system) or Windows (10 or 11)
* Headsets – need USB headsets (no wireless)
* Dual monitors will be benefited, but not required
* Ability to come off mute when called on (unacceptable not to participate), materials open and are on the current example that is being shared, and participating in the chat when asked to complete a task
* Internet Speed: 50 download/ 10 upload
