We're now seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Melon Online Fulfillment Team and help us expand our online service offering to our US business.

**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative on our Melon Online Fulfillment Team, you'll play a critical role in helping us deliver a seamless experience for our customers. You'll be responsible for assisting customers primarily through chat, becoming an expert on our product, and helping customers navigate through features, triage general questions/emergency assistance, and escalate complex needs to dedicated day teams. Your goal will be to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish for our customers as we continue to introduce our very own on-line platform to market.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist customers primarily through chat, providing expert support and guidance on our product and features
* Triage general questions/needs and identify situations for escalation to product support and/or a dedicated day travel manager
* Ensure a seamless customer experience and in cases of escalation, provide a warm handover
* Provide the first line of technical and travel support for Melon customers by responding to all initial chat conversations within strict SLA
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive success and improve customer experience
* Develop a deep understanding of our product and features to provide expert support and guidance to customers
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed and knowledgeable support to customers
**Essential Qualifications**
* At least 3 months of experience with arenaflex and Sabre experience
* Proven track record of success and willingness to take on new challenges
* Interest in driving the technological advancement of the SME business
* Change champion; ability to adapt quickly to evolving needs of the customer, business, and market
* Impeccable written communication skills
* Dexterity to translate complex issues into simple messages
* Customer-focused and driven to provide an impeccable experience for clients
* Positive attitude with a hunger for knowledge
* High attention to detail
* Ability to effectively multi-task and work with multiple platforms
* Decisive and successful problem-solving skills
* Ability to work under pressure

* Geography and international destination knowledge
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Experience with customer service software and tools
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

**Work Environment**
* Remote, US
* 40 hour work week with various shifts
