**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Medicare team on a contract-to-hire basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, resolving customer issues, and providing exceptional service to our valued clients. This is a 100% remote opportunity, and you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere within a one-hour radius of Philadelphia, PA 19103.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound calls from customers regarding claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other related issues
* Provide exceptional service and support to customers, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize empathy and problem-solving skills to de-escalate customer concerns and provide solutions
* Navigate through multiple systems simultaneously to efficiently resolve customer issues
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
* Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* Call Center Customer Service experience with a focus on inbound calls (no telesales)
* Excellent customer-focused competencies, with a strong service-oriented mindset
* Empathy and strong problem-solving skills to effectively resolve customer issues
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex messages over the phone
* Ability to navigate through multiple systems at a time
* ALL candidates must score a 80% or above on eSkills test
**Preferred Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience/call center experience
* Healthcare industry experience, particularly in the Medicare sector
* Previous experience working in a call center environment with a focus on inbound calls
* Medical background or experience in a related field
* Call Center Customer Service experience (Inbound calls)
