**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in assisting Virginia residents with Medicaid, SNAP, and TANF application processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing informed and objective responses to complex concerns related to eligibility guidelines and policies, access to care issues, and escalated concerns
* Responding effectively to all forms of inbound and outbound contacts, including phone calls, emails, and online chats
* Processing workflow documents, including income, identity, and other eligibility verification documents
* Staying up-to-date on policy and procedures concerning state programs and integrating new knowledge with resource materials to answer client concerns
**Minimum Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum requirements:
