**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and ensuring that they have a positive experience with the MHC. You will work closely with the CSC team to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely information about eligibility and enrollment for Medicaid, Qualified Health Plans, and other services.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to individuals, families, small group employees, and brokers seeking information, enrollment assistance, and other services related to the MHC
* Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about eligibility and enrollment for Medicaid, Qualified Health Plans, and other services
* Utilize the State's eligibility and enrollment portal and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to perform all tasks and duties for HIX customers
* Collaborate with the CSC team to ensure that customers receive timely and accurate information about services and benefits
* Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
* Strong analytical and technical skills, with ability to learn and utilize new software and systems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working with Medicaid, Qualified Health Plans, or other healthcare programs
* Knowledge of healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations
* Experience with CRM software and other healthcare-related systems
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
