**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Aetna Medicaid members and providers. Your primary duties will include:
* **Answering inbound calls**: You'll respond to calls from members and providers, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* **Providing information and assistance**: You'll provide accurate and helpful information to our customers, including benefits, eligibility, services, and prior authorization requirements.
* **Resolving issues**: You'll work to resolve any issues or concerns that our customers may have, and you'll provide solutions that meet their needs.
* **Maintaining accurate records**: You'll keep accurate records of customer interactions, including calls, emails, and other correspondence.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
* **High school diploma or equivalent GED**: You'll need to have a high school diploma or equivalent GED to be considered for this position.
* **Ability to communicate effectively**: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with our customers, both verbally and in writing.
* **Strong customer service skills**: You'll need to have excellent customer service skills, including empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.
* **Ability to work from home**: You'll need to be able to work from home and be self-sufficient, with high-speed internet connectivity and a secure service via ethernet cable.
* **Ability to commute to the office**: You'll need to be able to commute to the office in Linthicum, MD when unable to work from home due to prolonged technical problems.
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
* **Experience working remotely in a call center setting**: If you have experience working remotely in a call center setting, you'll be well-suited for this role.
* **Experience with Medicaid and Medicare**: If you have experience working with Medicaid and Medicare, you'll be able to provide more effective support to our customers.

We require a high school diploma or equivalent GED for this position.
**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$17.00 - $31.30
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
