Our mission is to provide exceptional customer service, promote public confidence, and encourage compliance with tax revenue laws. **Job Summary** We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Land Records Division in Queens. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing tax payments, and recording property transfers. You will also be responsible for researching ownership, processing certified document requests, and working on special projects as needed. **Key Responsibilities** - Assist customers in the public area with the preparation of required cover pages for document submission. - Intake, scan, and return documents presented to the City Register offices for recording by mail or in-person. - Process certified document requests. - Pull Microfilm/Microfiche and Land Record books. - Refile and keep Land Record books in order. - Cashier and open mail. - Research ownership. - Work on special projects within the division as needed. **Essential Qualifications** - A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent approved by a State's department of education or a recognized accrediting organization. - One year of satisfactory clerical experience. - Keyboard familiarity with the ability to type at a minimum of 100 key strokes (20 words) per minute. **Preferred Qualifications** - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task. - Working knowledge of computer programs. - Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. **Skills and Competencies** - Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional service to the public. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. - Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
