**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll have the opportunity to:
* Deliver exceptional service to both English- and Spanish-speaking clients, responding to their inquiries, processing policy updates, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
* Identify client needs and offer appropriate insurance solutions, working collaboratively with the team to meet customer service and sales goals
* Support retention and growth through cross-selling and account reviews, building strong relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
* Work collaboratively with the team to meet customer service and sales goals, sharing best practices and expertise to drive success
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
**What We're Looking For**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
* Strong customer service and communication skills, with a positive attitude and a team-player mindset
* Interest in sales and building client relationships, with a strong desire to learn and grow
* Must hold or be willing to obtain a state insurance license (licensing support is available)
* Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
