We're growing rapidly, and we're looking for a self-motivated, flexible, and team-oriented individual to join our VUE (arenaflex Underwriting Experience) Team as a work-from-home Customer Service Representative. As a CSR, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences through inbound phone calls, troubleshooting, and policy inquiries.

**Essential Functions:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Obtaining and maintaining your Property and Casualty License
* Working independently, taking initiative, and working with minimal supervision
* Maintaining regular and timely attendance
* Making decisions, problem-solving, and upholding an ethical standard
* Managing individual stress and composure
* Other duties as assigned
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent
* A designated workspace and reliable internet connection for working from home
* The ability to pass a background check
* Extensive experience with Microsoft Office or G-Suite
* At least 2 years of customer service experience
