We're currently seeking a self-motivated, flexible, and team-oriented individual to join our VUE (arenaflex Underwriting Experience) Team as a work-from-home Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences through inbound phone calls, helping customers navigate our policies and troubleshoot any issues.

**Essential Functions:**
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Obtaining and maintaining your Property and Casualty License
* Working independently, taking initiative, and collaborating with minimal supervision
* Maintaining regular and timely attendance
* Making informed decisions, solving problems, and upholding an ethical standard
* Managing individual stress and composure in a fast-paced environment
* Other duties as assigned by your supervisor or team lead
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent
* A designated workspace and reliable internet connection to work from home
* The ability to pass a background check
* Extensive experience with Microsoft Office or G-Suite
* At least 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
