**Job Summary**
The Experienced Customer Service Representative I will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex's members, applicants, providers, and agents via telephone
* Identifying customer concerns, researching and resolving inquiries in a timely manner
* Escalating complex issues to a Benefit Specialist
* Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of arenaflex's products and services
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries via telephone in a timely and professional manner
* Identify customer concerns and research and resolve inquiries in a thorough and efficient manner
* Escalate complex issues to a Benefit Specialist as needed
* Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's products and services
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and issues
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's Degree in business administration preferred
* Two years' experience in customer service, with demonstrated proficiency in handling high-pressure situations and verbal and written communication
* Experience working in a health insurance call center preferred
* State of Wisconsin Insurance Agent's license preferred
