**Job Description**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for creating a positive customer experience by providing timely communication, executing arenaflex's Quality Objectives, and fostering strong customer relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* **Teamwork**: Collaborate with teammates to resolve customer issues, ensuring a seamless and efficient service experience.
* **Order Entry, Management, and Processing**: Efficiently and accurately place, confirm, and manage customer orders, ensuring timely communication regarding order changes.
* **Communication**: Manage internal and external requests via multiple platforms, remaining organized and concise with communication. Identify and clarify customer needs and concerns, effectively reporting requirements and customer expectations internally to determine a solution.
* **Build and Develop Customer Relationships**: Establish sustainable and collaborative relationships through open, knowledgeable, and interactive communication with customers. Intentional effort is required to develop and foster strong customer relationships, ensuring customer loyalty and retention.
* **Data Integrity**: Work with the Commercial team and customers to safeguard the integrity and accuracy of customer data, establishing visibility across internal teams to encourage usability by all parties and reduce errors resulting from bad/incorrect data.
* **Compliance, Regulations, and Policy Alignment**: Ensure that the service provided to customers meets Safety, Quality, and Regulatory expectations, along with any other relevant company policies and procedures.
**Your Profile**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* **Education and Experience**: 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Success, or a similar discipline. OR 5+ years of relevant professional experience, Chemical Distribution or Manufacturing is a plus.
* **Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Skills**: Ability to problem solve, work independently, and consistently demonstrate strong listening, speaking, and decision-making skills.
* **Interpersonal and Collaboration Skills**: Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for collaboration, skilled at handling competing priorities in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous, deadline-driven environment.
* **Organization and Prioritization Skills**: Strong organization and prioritization skills, with experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Team Collaboration tools.
* **CRM Experience**: CRM Experience required, preferably Salesforce.
