**The Role**
We're seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering incoming calls and responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
* Working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing guidelines and priorities
* Booking appointments for clients with a high degree of data accuracy
* Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills, both on the phone and in writing
* Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors as needed
* Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and respectful
* Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school graduate or equivalent (G.E.D.)
* A minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment (preferred)
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
* Ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using the computer and keyboard simultaneously
* Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (preferred)
* Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
* Ability to pass a background check
