**The Role**
We're looking for a talented Customer Service Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering incoming calls and responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
* Working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing guidelines and priorities
* Booking appointments for customers with a high degree of data accuracy
* Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills, both on the phone and in written correspondence
* Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors, ensuring seamless resolution and customer satisfaction
* Informing clients about procedures, answering questions, and providing information in a clear and concise manner
* Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school graduate or equivalent
* Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using the computer, and typing simultaneously
* Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (WPM)
* Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
* Ability to pass a background check
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in the home improvement industry
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
