**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

* Providing accurate and up-to-date information about healthcare plans, including medication coverage, prescription benefits, and mail-order prescriptions
* Empowering plan members to make informed decisions about their healthcare by offering personalized guidance and support
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Required Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
