As a Provider Services Representative, you'll play a critical role in coordinating and collecting medical records from provider offices, medical groups, and other medical facilities and/or entities. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team, develop your skills, and contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex. **Key Responsibilities** * Make outbound calls to provider offices and answer inbound calls to ensure timely and effective communication * Investigate, conduct research, and analyze customer data for outreach and problem resolution * Work day-to-day operations to ensure goals are met in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment * Provide problem resolution through effective communication (via phone and email) * Work on projects of limited scope and complexity, generally following set procedures, and work under supervision and receive instructions **Competencies, Knowledge, and Skills** * Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders * Ability to develop, prioritize, and accomplish goals in a dynamic environment * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) * Detail-oriented with effective listening and critical thinking skills * Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
