Plus, you'll have access to a range of benefits, including 401K match, individual coverage HRA (ICHRA), and paid time off (PTO). **Essential Responsibilities** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Handling inbound and outbound calls with the highest level of customer service experience consistently * Managing customer accounts and providing technical support * Entering application data accurately and efficiently * Responding to online chat inquiries as assigned * Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies * Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues * Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates * Managing time and tasks effectively, with a focus on multitasking and task prioritization * Completing extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications * Adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels **Qualifications** To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll need: * Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology * A high level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills * Comfort working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace * Self-motivation and a success-driven attitude * A minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s, with a cable/fiber broadband internet connection and a hard-wired ethernet connection * A personal laptop or desktop computer required for the training period **Preferred Experience** While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, would be a plus.
