As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized retail environment. If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to our customers at our golf courses and retail operations * Process transactions, including cash, credit card sales, and member account charges * Maintain a clean and organized retail environment, including displaying merchandise and maintaining inventory * Assist customers with fitting and purchasing golf equipment and apparel * Answer customer questions and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner * Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently * Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data and inventory levels * Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge of products and services **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required * 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail sales, or a related field * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively * Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time * Valid driver's license required (if applicable) **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a golf course or retail environment * Knowledge of golf equipment and apparel * Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software * Bilingual or multilingual skills * Experience working with a diverse customer base **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively * Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
