As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, communicating with customers via email and live chat to resolve their inquiries and issues. You'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, each with their unique needs and concerns. Your goal will be to provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using our Knowledge Base, resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed, and follow up on customer interactions to ensure their satisfaction.
**Responsibilities:**
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and live chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their problems.
* Utilize our Knowledge Base to provide accurate and complete information to customers, ensuring that they have the knowledge they need to make informed decisions.
* Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed, working closely with other departments to ensure that customers receive the best possible service.
* Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
* Follow up on customer interactions to ensure their satisfaction, providing additional support and guidance as needed.
* Achieve and maintain established performance metrics, meeting or exceeding targets for customer satisfaction, resolution rates, and other key performance indicators.
* Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues, working together to provide a seamless and effective customer experience.
**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on customer service and communication skills.
* At least 1 year of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex customer issues.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers via email and live chat.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and provide effective solutions.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines to meet.
* Familiarity with chat software similar to Facebook Messenger, with the ability to navigate and utilize our live chat platform.
* Proficient in basic computer skills such as MS Office, Google Suite, etc., with the ability to navigate and utilize our customer service software.
* Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and a reliable internet connection, with the ability to work remotely and maintain a high level of productivity.
* Basic English writing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and provide clear and concise responses to customer inquiries.
