Job Overview
In this exciting role, you will be part of our Merchant Services team, working closely with our Merchant Services Manager to deliver outstanding support to our merchants and customers. As a key member of our Inbound Enactments group, you will be responsible for providing mentorship, guidance, and expertise to your colleagues, while driving best practices in issue resolution, metrics monitoring, and team leadership. This is a full-time, remote opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $26, and we anticipate that this role will be hybrid, with some time spent in-office when our offices resume.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our merchants and customers, responding to and resolving inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Mentor and coach colleagues to improve their performance and achieve team goals, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive success
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality, identifying areas for growth and implementing solutions to drive positive change
- Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes, using tools like Google Sheets or Excel to perform data analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve company objectives, working effectively in both independent and team-based environments

Essential Qualifications
