Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service * Running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions * Working with our food program and maintaining high standards for store appearance * Interacting with customers daily and working with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks * Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance * Selling products to customers and providing excellent customer care * Communicating and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner * Performing at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude and having fun * Working as part of a team to accomplish daily goals and coming up with great ideas to solve problems * Thinking quickly and offering suggestions to improve customer satisfaction and store operations **Essential Qualifications** To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * Retail and customer service experience (preferably in a fast-paced environment) * Sales associate or cashiering experience (a plus!) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service * Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges * Physical ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate for this role: * Motivation to advance in your career and take on new challenges * Experience working in a retail or customer-facing environment * High school diploma or equivalent * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures **Skills and Competencies** To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service * Physical ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
