**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy a variety of tasks and responsibilities that will challenge you and help you grow your career. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service
* Running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions
* Working with our food program and maintaining high standards for store appearance
* Interacting with customers daily and working with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks
* Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance
* Selling products to customers and providing excellent customer care
* Communicating and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Performing at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude and having fun
* Working as part of a team to accomplish daily goals and coming up with great ideas to solve problems
* Thinking quickly and offering suggestions to improve customer satisfaction and store operations
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Retail and customer service experience (preferably in a fast-paced environment)
* Sales associate or cashiering experience (a plus!)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges
* Physical ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required
