**Job Description**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Acting as the primary point of contact between staff, students, and parents, providing exceptional support and guidance
* Handling all incoming calls, including new client inquiries, existing client concerns, and taking messages
* Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
* Reporting any issues or concerns to Directors, including staff, client, vendor, and subcontractor matters
* Developing, implementing, and perfecting office systems and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
* Reading and responding to all work-related emails in a timely and professional manner
* Answering phone calls and directing callers to the appropriate contact
* Maintaining and managing company calendars, appointments, and client schedules
* Scheduling appointments for Directors and ensuring that all schedules are up-to-date
* Organizing and composing office correspondence, documents, and reports
* Supporting sales and production efforts by providing administrative support
* Posting company-related content on social media platforms to engage with our audience
* Sending communication, such as thank-you notes and referral gifts, to clients and partners
* Reviewing upcoming daily and weekly schedules with Directors to ensure alignment and coordination
* Participating in staff meetings as needed to stay informed and contribute to team discussions
* Ensuring that the company's public image is consistent and in line with our branding
* Providing marketing assistance to support our outreach and engagement efforts

**Education Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you'll need to have a Bachelor's Degree or higher.
**Equipment Qualifications**
You'll need to have:

* A video camera for virtual meetings and interactions
* High-speed internet (above 20mb/s) for reliable connectivity

**Salary**
The salary for this role is $17.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on your education, experience, and skill level.
