**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Receiving, documenting, and processing service requests from customers, mechanics, elevator phones, and arenaflex local offices utilizing Salesforce Service Cloud.
* Ensuring the timely dispatching of service mechanics and escalating requests to arenaflex field management as appropriate.
* Working on other tasks as necessary, such as elevator phone programming and continuous improvement activities.
**What You'll Need to Succeed**
To excel in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent.
* A dedicated workspace and high-speed internet connection.
* Excellent customer service skills, including professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle difficult customers and trapped elevator passengers.
* Strong familiarity with computers and basic application familiarity.
* Excellent communication skills, including speaking, listening, and writing, as well as attention to detail and the ability to follow standard processes and procedures.
* Ability to attain and maintain department performance metrics (such as call handle time, schedule adherence, and quality monitoring).
* Regular attendance, including the ability to start assigned shift on-time, is mandatory.
* Ability to type at least 25 wpm with accuracy.
* French/English language proficiency is required.
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* Previous customer service experience in a call center environment.
* Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud or similar CRM systems.
* Experience working in a team environment and understanding shift work and its requirements.
* Ability to work rotational scheduled weekends and holidays.
